• Hi Def Cleaning LLC does not guarantee the removal of certain stains, including but not limited to rust, mildew, or those caused by hard water build-up or inadequate maintenance.
   
• All areas to be cleaned must be cleared of personal belongings and clutter prior to our service.
   
• Clients are required to inform us of any items or surfaces that require special care or attention.
   
• Please notify us in advance of any known allergies to cleaning products that may be used during our service.
   
• We are not liable for any damage resulting from faulty or improper installation of any item or surface.
   
• All surfaces, including marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc., are assumed to be properly sealed and prepared for cleaning without risk of damage.
   
• It is assumed that furniture placed on hardwood floors is adequately protected.
   
• Please note that surfaces will be wet after cleaning. We recommend taking necessary precautions to avoid any accidents while our team is working in your space.
