- All areas are expected to be free of clutter/personal belongings.
- We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care.
- We require to be informed of any special allergy of products we may use.
- We are not responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.
- All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hard wood floors etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
- Furniture on hard wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
- Hi Def Cleaning does wash surfaces, to which will be wet. It is assumed you will take caution while we are there.
